This particular small-scale research tries to scrutinize the teacher training practices and the quality of Pedagogical Formation ELT Certificate Programs from the perspectives of teacher candidates. In this respect, those teacher candidates’ views about the issue will be taken a questionnaire and a semi-structured interview form. The quantitative data obtained from the questionnaire will be analyzed by descriptive statistics, and the qualitative data obtained from the semi-structured interviews will be analyzed by descriptive and content analysis. Approximately 150 teacher candidates who have already participated in those Pedagogical Pedagogical Formation ELT Certificate Programs at different public universities will participate and asked to respond to the questionnaire via on-line means. At the end of the study, relying on the findings of course, some recommendations will be made for both foreign language scholars including curriculum developers, instructors, and foreign language teachers.
